I think I was banned

I think I'm banned, because I try to connect to the server but it says "Failed to connect to server. Connection Refused: Connect." but I wasn't doing anything. The last thing I did was build a trading post. I was last on yesterday. I wasn't griefing anything. And I wasn't destroying an abandoned house. So I don't know why I am banned.
