    Well I keep getting: "Failed to connect to the server Connection refused: Connect".. And so I think I got banned? Can someone clarify for me?

    I just checked to see if you are banned. You aren't. Also usually it gives you a message that you are banned. I'm in game right now, so the server is working fine. Try getting a new minecraft folder and it may fix the problem.
