Okay, VIP needs to be fixed. As a VIP on the forum, I can make sticky and announcement posts. On top of that, I can ban users.

as an elite, i can also post sticky announcements or global announcements
but i like this feature for elites since it is easier to make a thread more visible to everyone that can actually help

lol, Mods+ should only beable to do those commands. We have lots of elites; and a fair amount of VIPS. If you need a thread stickied, just ask a mod.
