Server Lagging like *cussing removed* playamade

Hi, this is Lachieh and i'v got home from school, been 2 Hours and I can't move, can't warp, cant do SHIT without the server disconnecting, It lasts 5minutes, before DC'ing, You would say somthing, 2minutes later it'll appear.
You'd dig somthing, the block would appear.
You'd warp, 2minutes later you'd warp, then DC.
You'd glitch into 'gap' and be floating on NOTHING.
Has the Dyndns crashed?
Is Someone Dos'ing ?
I also noticed, I log on, and their is 1 person on, 2 including me.
What is this minecraftia?

You really have a way with words. But, either way, I can confirm this is even worse at 7:35am. I barely login, and can forget about spawning items, placing or mining. Nothing works. If im lucky, after I get my timeout error, when logging back in, what ever it is I was doing, is now done. Lmao.
