A restart will probably fix the lag, we just have to wait for it then we can complete our castle (if John didn't destroy it alredy lol!).

The server also keeps kicking me out. Is this a problem with the server or Java?

not really probale the admin is running out of internet or too many plugins are installed

@Jacklin The server is hosted on a VPS, it isn't on Srh's computer. We have managed the plugin amount to work perfectly with the usual server load.
I'm quite sure the server gets restarted once and awhile, it may just be your guys location, and how internet is usually sent/received there. Cause I don't lag, but i'm right next to where the server is hosted. (An 8 hours drive.)
