Banned again? for destroying 1 block and putting it back - Cwaftr

I was banned for destroying a block and putting it back why?, please unban me as soon as possible, im sorry if i greifed any possible residentials or private home, i was just checking if it was lagging or not because no one was talking.

When I first joined the server, it sometimes lagged, and sometimes it didn't. What we did to check if it was lagging was to say test in the chat. If it appeared when we pressed enter, it was not lagging. If it took more than a minute, it was.
