Baned for griefing??

I joined the server yesterday, with the nickname darksnice,
Then I met with Helloimme, lilpunk, medfit, and other guys,
then I was cutting trees and making space for my new home, and
started a little mine to get some iron and redstone.
Then i disconected because i went to my friends house.
When i came back, i loged in the server again, and I went
to the arena and saw other members playing in there.
Today i tryed to log in the server, and the loading screen
said this:

You are baned from this server! Reason: Stealing my diamonds is not cool

Or something like that...
I didn't destroy anything, i hate griefers and trolls,
i know that this is the common excuse, but i think it was
my brother, really, i didn't grief anything in the server!
Sometimes the server don't ask you a password, and maybe
he joined the server when he was boring.
I'm really sorry, this is the first cracked SMP server
in wich i can join, i'll never do something as awful as this.
I can rebuild what my little brother griefed,
but please unban me, next time i'll do something to
prevent this.
I apologise all the problems that my little brother caused, really.

I will rebuild all that was griefed in my account while i was offline,
but please unban me

you got alot of explaining to do...

I know, there is proof of "me" griefing that gold,
but I wasn't even at home when that happened.
I'm very sorry of what happened, but it was not my fault...

I think this is just unfair,
you baned me for a grief i never did :S

well this is a very old post, and i feel i should say something, the proof is beyond correct, so yah
