Mods installed: BuildCraft, IndustrialCraft, Flan's Plane Mod, RedPower (more and more added.)
Any lag? No.
Premium? Yes, i'm sorry non-premiums but these kind of mods need premium. :/
Uptime? 24/7
Minecraft Version? 1.7.3 (This is because the mods they have havent updated to 1.8 yet, specifically ModLoaderMP.)
Do you have to install all the mods yourself before getting in-game? Sorta, they made a folder with step by step instructions and all the mods together so you really don't need to do much.

Is it an active server?
Yah about 2 new people are coming in every day, the owner knows java so he's working on customized mods, and so forth. It's currently 30 slots, and right now the usuall is 17 people online. (That was yesterday.) A week ago was like 9.
Anyways, if your a premium and love the mods above, or haven't tried them yet, get your ass over here.

There is a server i play on, they're both lag free and cracked. The creative server is essentially grief proof in the sense that blocks can't be destroyed but blocks can be placed. The survival server has a faction theme but it's mainly just plain survival.
