If something is really urgent, message the moderators and admins directly by clicking "contact" on the very bottom of the page in the yellow bubble. Make sure you post your in game name too. I doubt the moderators feel like going through. Messaging mods through "contact" will give them a notification they received mail next time he or she comes online, and since it sends your message to all moderators, developers (maybe? i still don't know what that is), admins, and Srh (the owner), it's likely that you will get some service within 24 hours at the most. Don't use caps in your message btw.
