First you need to find a skin you want from the net.
Save it to your computer and rename it "char" (no quotes)
Open up your .jar like you were going to mod it.
Find the folder called "mob"
Open that up.
Copy paste the "skin" you want into it.
Make sure it's called "char" that's important.
One quick note, anyone using the default skin will show up in the skin you put into your .jar
That's because you're replacing the default skin with your new skin.
