Suggestion:
I think we should have staff applications. And, another way, is the donating way.
How does it work?
Alright, so how the staff applications work, is that on the forums, there will be a category called 'Staff Applications'. When they click it, they will see people's staff applications. (Later, if you (the owner) want, you can add a 'Denied' and 'Accepted' section, so people know who got accepted, who got denied. Anyways, back to the topic. So, when they make a new topic in the category 'Staff Applications', you, the owner, or if you want, you can let admins and mods vote if they want that person to be an admin. (I'm sorry, getting side-tracked too much xD) BUT, that person has to meet requirements. You can make that up. Like for example: 3 months of playing and.. etc. Also, they HAVE to follow a format that you say. If they don't, I myself, would immediately reject.
Example Situations
Enjoy the situations:
SITUATION 1: Let's say you reject them. I would: Reply back saying: I'm sorry, I don't feel this topic is good enough, etc., etc. Then, move the topic into the 'Denied' category, and lock it, so no one can comment on it.
SITUATION 2: Let's say you accept them. I would: Reply, I like this topic. You might be an admin/mod, etc., etc. Discuss it to the other admins/mods, if they all agree, or majority rules, I would, accept him. Welcome him to the admin/mod/staff team(; and.. yeah(;
