to be a vip you have to donate then after being a vip you can apply to be a mod
to be an admin you cant

Srh you should check out those greendot card things, I'm pretty sure they work like this:

Their like a giftcard that works for everything, their money with a number on them so they can be used online. You can buy them at CVS and stuff, I would check that out because lots of people don't seem to have credit cards in different countries.

Do i need to be online to get upgraded to elite? My girlfriend has played for over the 1 month mark and is still a member. Today is the 1 month for me, our names are Brogar and Haley.

You don't have to be online, but you do need to tell a Mod that you should be Elite. Mods don't check every day which people should become an elite, because most people that signed up a month ago are probably not playing at this moment.

PM a mod with your In Game Name, and a link to your original registration thread. The link to the thread you made to register is to verify that you have been playing for a month. Then the next time that mod comes on, they will promote you. If you do not get your promotion right away, please be patient. Mods most likely have school or work to go to now so they don't have a lot of time to spend on here or on the server.
