Weather command

The weather has a few downsides: when it rains in MC its laggy. In this case we dont have acces to the /weather command, so we cant change it. I was just wondering if that could be changed. When it is not possible, likely of abusive use, could it be an elite- and higher command?

There's actually a vote plugin that does both weather and time, so maybe we could replace LVT.

+1 fo Plymboy. But yah if we gave normal players or even elites the /weather command it would be abused.

how about something like a cooldown for each person that starts the vote?

Actually, yes u can make a cooldown, i have a plugin that u can make a cooldown to use it, like a cooldown to tp, heal etc. so u can do the same for weather...
