It doesn't need a ban list, since most people that get banned most likely quit and move on to different servers.
Don't make a thread in here unless you are sure you are banned.
When you try to login, make sure to see what it says at the end if you cannot connect. If it says You are banned reason (something), then you can post in here.
If it doesn't say that, check on the site to see if the server is down. The server sometimes goes down when it is updating, refreshing, or even when they are adding/removing more plugins to make the server more enjoyable.
If it doesn't say you are banned do not make a thread on here.
