New staff or no?

I've noticed a big decline of moderators online and a big increase of griefing. Unfortunately, most of the people who play on the server are not old enough to donate, so I was thinking, we need a way for people to become moderator without donating. I know that modship is normally reserved for VIP, but not enough people are becoming VIP, I think that maybe the staff could CHOOSE someone to become a moderator or a staff member with limited abilities (ie no spawning items or world edit, but ability to ban and promote people and use big brother). This makes sure that whoever becomes a moderator is trustworthy enough to be a staff member. I like options 2 and 3, but I'll let the server decide. I'd also like to get the opinions of the staff and srh as well!

There are still a few VIPs floating around (including me) that don't have modship. I think that they should get the chance first and if not, maybe a poll for an elite to be a mod and if they're bad, then their inventory and chests get destroyed (so they don't steal a load from spawning them in).

I agree that the VIPs should be offered the modship first, but I feel like if they wanted modship they would have applied by now.

I'd like to be mod again but Dino or Srh has to confirm it so I cant exactly apply

also, I know you probably get asked this a lot, but why were you demoted in the first place?

I am an Elite and I play for like 3 months now and I am a Loyal member of the community and I would really like to be a moderator cause I like to help people and stop the griefers cause they suck.
So I would like it if the people form the server choose me as a new Moderator

Dino says I was inactive (I'm in another timezone so she wouldn't see me) and Blue says it's because I got rid of redstone that was lagging the server and spawned items for iConomy money.

I am elite too lol and I would LOVE if I got modship. However, the moderator system isn't likely to change unfortunately :/

I've been an elite also and would LOVE to be a moderator (who wouldn't? lol), but most likely Srh will say no you still have to donate or "Here your a moderator. You now have 1 month to pay" or something. lol

Well more people are starting to donate, and the point of this poll was to address the lack of people donating and becoming mods, so if the new VIPs become mods, then we won't need any new staff for now
